Booklets Of 12 With Inverted Backing Paper

Now listed on eBay are two new booklets with inverted overprinted backing paper. These were printed in 2016 and have security codes MTIL / M16L  


OK the stamps as someone informed me are not new  but if you are a booklet collector they are very interesting. 

The next printings of these will surely have a 2017 code. 

I do not think they are rare but if you are a collector and do not want to search around your local outlets, or if you do not have a source to obtain copies you may want to check them out.

Also of interest I notice that both of these are cylinder booklets.The 2nd class having cyl W6 and the 1st class W7.
